We're currently experiencing a very large volume of scans, which is causing some scans to take longer than usual. Please note that cancelling and restarting scans does not speed things up but instead delays things further.

We're very sorry about this and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will update this page as soon as the incident is resolved.
