Resolved

Due to an issue with a third party data provider, Intruder's network scanning functionality experienced an outage from Saturday afternoon (UTC) onwards.

This means the "Network" dashboard could be outdated for some customers and any vulnerability scans triggered by changes to infrastructure ("new service scans") were delayed.

The issue has now been fixed and all outstanding jobs are in a queue to be executed, so any outdated network information will be updated shortly and any pending new service scans will be started.

We're very sorry about this. Please rest assured we are implementing a number of steps to ensure such a thing cannot happen again.
